To install the Lightcloud Blue Controller in a junction box, follow these steps:

1. Turn off the power to the junction box before starting the installation process.

2. Find a suitable location for the Lightcloud Blue Controller. It should be positioned within 60 ft. of other Lightcloud Blue devices.

3. If there are building materials such as brick, concrete, or steel construction obstructing the signal, additional Lightcloud Blue devices may be required to extend the range.

4. Mount the Lightcloud Blue Controller into the junction box, ensuring that the radio module is always outside any metal enclosure. If no sensor is used, the second modular cable can be tied off and placed inside the fixture or box.

5. Install the luminaire with the integrated Lightcloud Blue Controller to a constant power source.

6. Do not place Lightcloud Blue-controlled fixtures down the circuit from any other switching devices such as switches, sensors, or time clocks.

7. Turn on the power to the junction box.

8. Verify the power and local control by confirming that the Status Indicator on the Lightcloud Blue Controller is blinking red. You can also use the Device Identification Button to confirm local control.

Once the Lightcloud Blue Controller is installed, you can proceed with the commissioning process using the Lightcloud Blue App to configure the settings and control the device.
