To connect the SmartGen TPS31 Three Power Supply Module to your generator, follow these steps:
1. Identify the power phases of your generator. The module has three power input terminals labeled S1, S2, and S3, corresponding to the L phase of each power input.
2. Connect the L phase of each power input to the respective S1, S2, and S3 terminals on the module.
3. Connect the N phase of each power input to the respective N phase terminals on the module.
4. Connect the output load to the Output L and Output N terminals on the module.
5. If you want to receive alarm notifications, connect an external device to the Alarm terminal. The alarm output is a volt-free relay with a capacity of 250V/5A.
6. Once all the connections are made, ensure that the power supply mode is set correctly. The module supports two working modes: mutual backup and power supply by priority. Refer to Table 6 in the manual for a detailed description of each mode.
7. Configure the module's parameters using the LINK interface, which can be connected to an upper computer via the SG72A software. Refer to the Parameters List section in the manual for the available parameters and their default values.
Please refer to the manual for further details and illustrations on the internal layout and installation methods of the SmartGen TPS31 Three Power Supply Module.
