To install the Lightcloud Blue Controller, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power to the circuit where you will be installing the controller.
2. Find a suitable location for the controller. It should be positioned within 60 ft. of other Lightcloud Blue devices.
3. If there are obstructions such as brick, concrete, or steel construction, additional Lightcloud Blue devices may be needed to extend the range around the obstruction.
4. Install the Lightcloud Blue Controller in the junction box. The radio module should always be outside any metal enclosure. If no sensor is used, the second modular cable can be tied off and placed inside the fixture or box.
5. Install the luminaire with the integrated Lightcloud Blue Controller to a constant power source.
6. Do not place Lightcloud Blue-controlled fixtures downstream from any other switching devices such as switches, sensors, or time clocks.
7. Turn the power back on.
8. Verify power and local control by confirming that the Status Indicator is blinking red. You can also use the Device Identification Button to test local control.
9. If needed, press and hold the Device Pairing Mode button for 10 seconds to reset the device to factory settings and enable pairing mode.
10. Download the Lightcloud Blue App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
11. Tap the '+ Add Devices' button in the Lightcloud Blue App to add the Controller while it is in pairing mode.
12. Use the App to configure settings and customize the control of your Lightcloud Blue-enabled fixture.
