To disassemble the Acer V176L monitor, follow these steps:
1. Clean the room for disassembly and identify the area for the monitor.
2. Prepare the necessary tools, including a working table, Philips-head screwdriver, Hex-head screwdriver, knife, gloves, cleaning cloth, and ESD protection.
3. Unplug the power cord and be aware that the power board may still have power.
4. Start by disassembling the RC (Rear Case), stand, and base. Unlock the RC screws and remove the RC from the monitor.
5. Disassemble the SHD (Shielding) by tearing off the AL-Tape and unlocking the Hexagonal screws.
6. Remove the lamp wire by tearing off the tape and extracting it from the P/BD (Power Board).
7. Disassemble the LVDS CABLE and CTRL BD by tearing off the tape and pulling out the FFC.
8. Remove the Bezel from the panel by tearing off the tapes and taking out the Panel and CTRL BD.
9. Disassemble the I/F BD and P/BD from the SHD by detaching the Mylar and unlocking all screws. Extract the FFC LVDS from the I/F BD.
10. Disassemble the SPK (Speaker) and P/BD from the SHD.
11. Follow local regulations for disposal of circuit boards larger than 10 cm².
