Yes, you can install the floorMuffler 0264070 Premium Underlayment for Luxury Vinyl Floors over a concrete subfloor. However, it is important to ensure that the concrete is dry with moisture emission rates that do not exceed 3 lbs. per 1000 square feet per 24 hours, as measured by the Anhydrous Calcium Chloride Test. Additionally, if installing the underlayment on concrete or below-grade subfloors, it is recommended to tape the seams together with 2" tape that meets the moisture vapor transmission rate for this type of installation. It is always best to follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper installation.
