To install the iLOQ D10S lock cylinder, please follow these steps:
1. Before installing, ensure that you read and understand the instructions provided in the manual.
2. The iLOQ D10S cylinder should be installed effortlessly without excessive force.
3. If cylinder length adjustment is needed, use the iLOQ A10.Ex.x extension piece.
4. Do not modify the product except as described in the instructions.
5. The installer must be authorized by iLOQ.
6. It is recommended to use tools from the iLOQ tool set T009/T010.
7. Do not widen or bend the adapters, as it may affect the fit.
For the installation process, please refer to the specific series of the iLOQ D10S lock cylinder as mentioned in the manual:
- For the iLOQ D10X.1XX series:
- Adjust the cam position if necessary using a TORX 6 tool.
- Rotate the cam to the new position and ensure it is locked and secured.
- Fix the cylinder into a key switch according to the key switch manufacturer's instructions.
- For the iLOQ D10S.2XX series:
- Remove the xxxx using a TORX 6 tool.
- Remove the front plate by sliding it from the xxxx hole using a TORX 6 tool.
- Insert the authorized key into the cylinder and turn it 30° clockwise.
- Follow the remaining steps outlined in the manual, including removing the xxxx , sliding the lock cylinder through the lock case, fixing the cylinder with the iLOQ xxxx A10.64, and assembling the xxxx .
- For the iLOQ D10S.3XX series:
- Loosen the xxxx from the turning xxxx using a 2 mm Allen key.
- Remove the turning xxxx , slide the lock cylinder through the lock case, and fix it with the iLOQ fixing xxxx A10.64.
- Put the turning xxxx back in place and tighten the xxxx .
- For the iLOQ D10S.4XX series and iLOQ D10S.5XX series:
- Slide the lock cylinder through the lock case and fix it with the iLOQ fixing xxxx A10.64.
