To align the refrigerator with your cabinetry, follow these steps:
1. Roll the refrigerator into its final position, ensuring there is the correct air gap between the product and surrounding cabinetry.
2. Adjust the front feet down until the refrigerator is leaning backward approximately 10 mm. This will ensure a good door closing action.
3. Align the sides of the refrigerator with the cabinetry by adjusting the hinge side front foot.
4. Adjust the handle side foot until it touches the floor and takes a small amount of weight.
5. Once the refrigerator is in place and aligned with the cupboards/alcove, push gently on the front top and check if the product is rocking or stable.
6. If the product is rocking, there may be an uneven floor or slightly out of square construction of the cabinetry. Refer to the "What to do if your new refrigerator is unstable when installed" section in the manual for further instructions.
Note: For RF610A, RF540A, RF201A models, use the right-hand foot first, then the left-hand side foot to align the refrigerator with the cabinetry.
If you need further assistance with the installation of your refrigerator, please contact your Fisher & Paykel Customer Care Centre. They can provide expert guidance and, if necessary, organize a Service Technician visit to ensure correct installation (a service fee may apply). Incorrect installation may result in the product twisting, which is not covered under the product warranty.
