To install the SUNCO LIGHTING LED Spec Select Architectural Strip, please follow the instructions provided in the installation guide. It is important to note that installation should be performed by a qualified licensed electrician. Here are the general steps for surface mounting:
1. Secure the provided brackets onto the ceiling using the provided accessories and screws.
2. xxxx the covers at the outlet to the back of the housing.
3. Wire the fixture to the main power through the junction box.
4. Clip the brackets to the slots of the fixture.
For chain mounting with V-hook:
1. Clip the brackets to the slots of the fixture.
2. Attach customer supplied V-hooks to the brackets.
3. Attach customer supplied chain to the V-hooks and mounting surface.
After installation, it is important to inspect the lens to ensure it is securely snapped inside the entire length of the lamp body. Gently pull down on the lens to check for any shifting.
