To connect the TASCAM DR-22WL Handheld Recorder to Wi-Fi, you have two options: a simple direct connection or a connection via an existing Wi-Fi network.
For a simple direct connection, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the DR-22WL and wait for it to create its own Wi-Fi network.
2. On your smartphone or tablet, go to the Wi-Fi settings and connect to the network named "DR-22WL_xxxxxx" (the x's represent a unique identifier).
3. Open the dedicated DR CONTROL app on your device.
4. In the app, select the DR-22WL from the list of available devices.
5. You are now connected to the DR-22WL via Wi-Fi and can use the app for remote operation and control.
If you prefer to connect via an existing Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the DR-22WL and wait for it to create its own Wi-Fi network.
2. On your smartphone or tablet, go to the Wi-Fi settings and connect to your desired Wi-Fi network.
3. Open the dedicated DR CONTROL app on your device.
4. In the app, select the DR-22WL from the list of available devices.
5. You are now connected to the DR-22WL via your existing Wi-Fi network and can use the app for remote operation and control.
