2. Account for all parts: To avoid any hazards to children, make sure to account for all parts and destroy all packing materials.
3. Fuse protection: It is recommended to add fuse protection to the positive (+) input for added safety.
4. Determine installation location: Consider the viewing angle and distance, and choose the appropriate installation location. Drill a 1/2" hole for the wiring and pilot holes for the provided M3 mounting screws.
5. Wiring: Feed the wires through the hole and connect them according to the wiring diagram provided. xxxx the switch in place.
6. Decorative bezel: If desired, snap the optional decorative bezel in place.
7. Wiring diagram: Follow the provided wiring diagram to connect the switch to your system. Note that the product is internally fused for a maximum current of 1A. If a current greater than 1A is detected, the unit will shut down and require a power cycle to reset.
Once installed, the PIR switch will automatically turn on the lights when it senses motion and will turn off after three minutes if no motion is detected. The switch has a range of 120° and a distance of 3 feet from the center of the sensor.
