To adjust the brightness of the NEBO NEB-WLT-1008 Omni 3K Work Light, press and hold the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons simultaneously. The light will flash briefly once the maximum or minimum brightness level has been reached. Keep in mind that the light has adjustable panels and kickstand, so you can also adjust the angle of the light to control the brightness in a specific direction.
