To connect your FENTON FPL500 FPL-Series Digital Amplifier to your audio devices, follow these steps:
1. Identify the input selector switch on the amplifier. This switch allows you to select the input signal. The available options are PC, MP3/AUX/BT, TV, and CD.
2. Depending on the audio device you want to connect, choose the corresponding input on the input selector switch.
3. For devices with a line-level output, such as a CD/MP3/DVD player, hi-fi system, or PC, use the AUX input. Connect the device to the amplifier using a 3.5mm jack cable.
4. Adjust the volume control on the amplifier to set the desired volume level for the connected device.
5. Pay attention to the peak LED indicator on the amplifier. If the indicator lights up continually, it means the signal level is too high. In this case, reduce the volume to protect the speaker.
6. If you want to play music from an SD card or USB device, locate the SD port or USB port on the amplifier. Connect your SD/MMC card or USB device to the corresponding slot.
7. Use the mediaplayer controls on the amplifier to play music from the SD card or USB device. The mediaplayer supports MP3 and WMA formats.
8. For audio devices with RCA line-level outputs, such as a PC, CD player, or TV, use the RCA inputs on the amplifier. Connect the devices using RCA cables.
9. Finally, connect your speakers to the binding post speaker outputs on the amplifier. Make sure to connect the left and right speakers correctly.
