To charge the battery for the TOPMAQ SES Series Semi-Electric Stacker, follow these steps:
1. Turn the key and switch on the stacker. If the display indicates a voltage below 11 volts or the red light shows with a buzz, it means the battery needs to be charged.
2. The rated specification of the battery charger supplied is as follows:
- Input: 220V AC 50/60Hz
- Output: 12V DC 15A
3. Start the charging process by inserting the output plug of the charger into the charging socket of the stacker first. Then, plug the input plug of the charger into the socket of the AC power supply.
4. Turn on the charger switch. The battery charging process will begin, indicated by a red lamp lighting up. Normal recharging typically takes about 10 hours.
5. Once the charging is complete, cut off the AC supply. It is advisable to recharge the battery after each day's work.
Note: Battery charging should be done in a well-ventilated place with no naked flames, sparks, or heat radiation sources nearby. Also, make sure the level of the electrolyte in the battery is above the lower line. If the elements are not covered, top up with distilled water. Under normal conditions, topping up can be done approximately once a month.
