Cleaning the PowerXL PXL-VAFP Vortex Air Fryer Plus is simple and easy. Here are the steps to clean the appliance:
1. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Remove the Basket by pulling it straight out.
3. Remove the Fry Tray from the Basket, if present.
4. Wash the Basket, Fry Tray, and any other removable accessories with warm, soapy water. Only select accessories are dishwasher safe, so refer to the owner's manual to determine which ones can be placed in the dishwasher.
5. Use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth to clean the interior and exterior of the appliance. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
6. Wipe the heating element and fan with a damp cloth to remove any grease or residue.
7. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling and storing the appliance.
