To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the INKBIRD IHT-1S Digital Food Thermometer, you need to enter the setting mode. Here's how:
1. Press and hold the button for 8 seconds until "CF" appears on the screen.
2. Short press the button once to choose between "C" (Celsius) or "F" (Fahrenheit).
3. Press and hold the button for about 2 seconds to enter the calibration mode. The LCD screen will show "CA" letter.
4. Short press the button once, and it will display the calibration value and blink.
5. Use the button to adjust the desired calibration temperature. You can either short press the button for small adjustments or hold the button for fast adjustments.
6. The calibration temperature will be automatically saved after 10 seconds if there is no further operation.
Note: If you change the temperature unit between Celsius and Fahrenheit, the calibration will be reset to 0.0 ℉/℃, and you will need to recalibrate the thermometer.
