To replace the disc on your MEEC TOOLS 12V 76mm Compact Angle Grinder, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the grinder is switched off and unplugged from the power source.
2. Press the spindle lock button located on the side of the grinder and hold it down.
3. Use the supplied hex key to turn the spindle lock until it engages and locks the spindle.
4. While keeping the spindle lock button pressed, loosen the spindle xxxx and its washer by turning them counterclockwise using the supplied hex key.
5. Remove the spindle xxxx , washer, and the old disc from the grinder.
6. Clean the spindle and all parts to be fitted.
7. Place the new disc on the spindle, ensuring that it fits correctly.
8. Insert the spindle xxxx with the washer through the center hole of the disc and xxxx it into the spindle.
9. Press the spindle lock button and turn the spindle with the hex key until the spindle lock engages and locks the spindle in place.
10. While keeping the spindle lock button pressed, tighten the spindle xxxx and its washer clockwise using the hex key. Make sure the disc is firmly in place.
11. Check that the disc is correctly fitted and can rotate freely without scraping against the guard or any other part.
12. Your MEEC TOOLS 12V 76mm Compact Angle Grinder is now ready to use with the new disc.
