To configure the BroadCloud Instant Messaging & Presence service on your Grandstream GXP2130 Enterprise IP Phone, you need to follow these steps:

1. Obtain the BroadWorks SIP account credentials and the IM&P credentials from your server administrator.
2. Install the BroadTouch Business Communicator for Desktop (BTBC) on your desktop.
3. Launch BTBC and enter your login credentials, including the BroadWorks Xsp address, BroadWorks SIP account, and BroadWorks SIP password.
4. Configure the phone by logging into the Web GUI and registering the BroadWorks Account on the phone.
5. In the Web GUI, go to Settings -> BroadSoft -> BroadSoft IM&P and fill in the BroadCloud Server address, XMPP port number, IM&P credentials, and enable the BroadSoft IM&P service.
6. Select a BroadWorks SIP account registered on the phone from the Associated BroadSoft Account list.
7. Optionally, enable the Auto Login setting to automatically log in with the configured IM&P account after booting up.
8. Optionally, enable the Display Non-XMPP Contacts setting to display all contacts, including non-XMPP contacts, in the Buddy List.
9. Save the configuration.

Once the configuration is complete, you can use the BroadCloud IM&P features on your GXP2130 Enterprise IP Phone. Press the BS-IM&P key on the phone to enter the BroadCloud Instant Message & Presence Client page. Press the LogIn key to log in to your BroadCloud Instant Message & Presence account. The phone will display the Buddies List, which includes all contacts in your account. You can use the arrow keys to navigate between pages and the Dial key to dial a contact. The presence state of contacts will be indicated by different colored icons. You can also check and change your own presence state by pressing the MyStatus key.
