To assemble the walimex pro 16 Angle Softbox, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Lay the softbox cover on the ground and open all Velcro fasteners. Place the speedring with the tripod mount in the center, ensuring that the tripod mount faces backward to the ground. Insert 4 rods with the big socket into the lugs of the softbox.
Step 2: Slide the end piece of the rods with the slim socket into the speedring.
Step 3: For further assembly, mount the Softbox with the tripod mount on a stable tripod. Insert the remaining rods into the speedring one by one. To achieve the right tension, slide the softbox cover forward and insert the rods into the lugs of the softbox.
Note: When stretching the rods, be cautious to avoid any danger to your eyes. Keep a distance of at least 3m from the product during mounting and demounting.
Step 4: Close the back side of the softbox cover with the Velcro fastener.
Step 5: Fix the softbox adapter on the universal connection of the softbox with the screws on the speedring. Put the inner softbox cover around the speedring and secure it with the Velcro fastener.
Step 6: Mount your studio flash device on the softbox adapter, ensuring it is securely locked. The studio flash device should be levitating and cannot be mounted on a tripod. The studio flash can be mounted diagonally and serves as a counterweight for the softbox.
Step 7: Attach the inner diffuser on the inner Velcro fastener. Then, place the front diffuser over the edges of the softbox.
