To mount the ICI FMX 400 SERIES Infrared Camera to a tripod, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the tripod does not block the direct path of the person(s) to be imaged, to prevent the equipment from being moved or knocked down. Using a dividing barrier can help keep the tripods separate from the path.
2. Mount the FMX Series device to the tripod using the ¼-20 mount.
3. Make sure the camera lens and temperature reference source are facing each other on parallel planes.
4. Ensure that the camera target area is facing a non-reflective background.
