To assemble the GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL 436CP50 Octagonal Picnic Table, please follow the steps outlined in the user manual:
1. Lay the table top on the ground, bottom up. Attach one right leg and one left leg onto each corner using the provided hardware. Do not fasten tightly. Note that the circular anchoring plates should be facing each other. Please be aware that anchoring hardware is not included.
2. Attach the remaining right and left legs. Then attach the leg support in the middle. Ensure that the right leg, left leg, and leg support are all fastened together. Follow the same hardware pattern as in step 1. Do not fasten tightly.
3. Attach the bench tops to the ends of the legs using the provided hardware. Follow the same hardware pattern as in step 1. Do not fasten tightly.
4. Once all the benches are attached, flip the table up and fasten all the hardware tightly.
Please note the warnings provided in the manual, such as the need for two people to perform the assembly and the importance of using OSHA-approved safety and lifting equipment. Additionally, ensure that the table is installed on a level surface made of a strong material, preferably concrete. Regularly inspect and tighten the hardware every six months, replace rusted hardware and damaged components, and do not use the table if any parts are broken or damaged.
