To connect and install the DIGITALAS YET610 Universal Infrared Sensors, please follow the steps below:
1. Connecting the Sensor:
- Ensure that the power supply is between 12 to 24V DC/AC.
- Connect the RX (Receiver) input to a 15mA power source and the TX (Transmitter) input to a 30mA power source.
- Connect the relay output to a maximum of 36V.
2. Installation:
- The ideal installation height should be at least 20 cm.
- The installation distance should be no less than 2 meters.
- Make sure that the red outside protection equipment is perpendicular to the installation place and is on the same level.
- Install the receive part first and then install the blast-off part, ensuring they are in line with each other.
- Once the receive part is fixed, connect the line to complete the installation.
Note: If the distance between the shoot machine and the receive machine is too close, there may be no reaction. In such cases, move back at least one meter and try again. If the installation distance is very close and there is no intelligent reaction, you can remove the condensing lens from the shoot and receive medium to improve the intelligent degree.
3. Mounting the Sensor:
- The sensor can be rotated through 180°, allowing the alignment of the photocells irrespective of the way they are fixed to the base.
