To change the speed of the Makita HR3200C Rotary Hammer, you can adjust the dial located on the tool. The dial is marked from 1 (lowest speed) to 5 (full speed). Turning the dial will adjust the revolutions per minute and blows per minute. Please refer to the table in the instruction manual for the specific speed settings for each number on the dial. It is important to note that if the tool is operated continuously at low speeds for a long time, the motor may get overloaded, resulting in tool malfunction. Additionally, the speed-adjusting dial can only be turned as far as 5 and back to 1. Do not force it past these limits, as it may cause the speed-adjusting function to no longer work.
