To properly clean the griddle top on the VULCAN V112HB 12 Inch Gas Range, follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. After each use, clean the griddle with a wire brush or flexible spatula to remove any food particles or residue.
2. On a daily basis, thoroughly clean the backsplash, sides, and front of the griddle. Remove the grease drawer, empty it, and wash it out like any ordinary cooking utensil.
