To adjust the seat height on the ASSAULTBIKE PRO, follow these steps:
1. Dismount the bike and locate the seat height pop-pin xxxx , which is located near the seat post.
2. If necessary, unthread the seat height pop-pin by turning the xxxx counter-clockwise.
3. While holding the seat with one hand, pull out on the seat height pop-pin to release it from its current preset location.
4. Raise or lower the seat to the desired height.
5. Gently release the pop-pin and raise or lower the seat slightly, if necessary, until the pop-pin engages a preset hole.
6. Rethread the seat height pop-pin to lock it in position by turning the xxxx clockwise.
To adjust the seat fore/aft position on the ASSAULTBIKE PRO, follow these steps:
1. Once the proper height has been achieved, locate the seat fore/aft pop-pin xxxx , which is located underneath the front of the seat.
2. If necessary, unthread the seat fore/aft pop-pin by turning the xxxx counter-clockwise.
3. While holding the seat with one hand, pull out on the seat fore/aft pop-pin to release it from its current preset location.
4. Slide the seat forward or backward to the desired position.
5. Gently release the pop-pin and slide the seat slightly forward or backward, if necessary, until the pop-pin engages a preset hole.
6. Rethread the seat fore/aft pop-pin to lock it in position by turning the xxxx clockwise.
Remember to recheck the seat height after making the fore/aft adjustment, as moving the seat forward and backward can affect the seat height. It is important to find a seat position that allows for a slight bend in your knee when you're at the bottom of a pedal stroke.
