To adjust the temperature inside the NEXEL chest freezer, you can use the thermostat. Turn the xxxx clockwise to lower the temperature. The standard temperature position is "4". The "0" position will stop the operation, while the "max" position will keep the compressor running continuously without cycling. For ice cream and similar products, you can turn the temperature control to the "4" or "5" when the temperature inside the freezer is stable. It is recommended to adjust the temperature after the freezer has been running for at least 12 hours.
