To change the levers' hardness on the VirtualFly TQ3/TQ3+ Throttle Quadrant, you can use the xxxx located on the right side of the device. This xxxx , labeled as "K" in the manual, allows you to adjust the levers' hardness according to your preference. Simply turn the xxxx to increase or decrease the resistance of the levers. After adjusting the xxxx , it is recommended to move all the levers from top to bottom at least ten times to ensure the changes are applied to all levers.
