To light the Parry gas griddle, follow these steps:
1. Turn the control xxxx to the "On" position.
2. Press the ignition button located to the left of the control xxxx to ignite the gas.
3. Keep the control xxxx pressed in for 15-20 seconds to allow the gas to light. You can check if the gas is lit by looking through the sight-hole on the front panel of the appliance.
4. Release the control xxxx . The gas should stay lit. If the gas goes out, repeat step 2. If the unit fails to light within 1 minute, wait for at least 2 minutes to allow the gas to disperse before attempting to light it again.
5. To turn off the burner, turn the control xxxx in a clockwise direction all the way to the "Off" position.
Please note that it is advised not to leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on. Always ensure that the person operating the appliance is fully aware of the dangers involved and follows the safety instructions provided in the manual.
