To change the levers' hardness on the Virtual Fly TQ6 Flight Sim Throttle Quadrant, you can use the knobs located on the left and right sides of the TQ6/TQ6+. These knobs are labeled as K and J in the picture provided in the user manual. By turning these knobs, you can adjust the levers' hardness according to your preference. Once you have made the adjustments, it is recommended to move all the levers, from top to bottom, at the same time for at least ten times to ensure the changes are applied properly.
