To set up your Sky Broadband Hub, follow these steps:
1. Find your main phone socket, which is usually where the phone line comes into your premises and is thicker than the others. Unplug any devices that are currently plugged into the socket.
2. If your phone socket has one port, take the grey cable (ignore the black cable) and plug the white end into the phone socket. Then, plug the purple end into the purple port on the back of your hub.
3. If your phone socket has two ports, take the black cable (ignore the grey cable) and plug the white end into the left or top port on the phone socket. Plug the purple end into the purple slot on the back of your hub.
4. Take the power supply from the box and plug the blue end into the blue port on the back of your hub. Then, plug the other end into a mains socket and switch it on.
5. Wait a few minutes for the power, internet, and WiFi lights on the front of your hub to turn green. The voice light will remain dark as it is not in use.
