To join a Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business meeting using the Yealink MVC640 Wireless Microsoft Teams Rooms System, follow these steps:
1. Walk into the meeting room and ensure that the system is powered on.
2. On the MTouch II touch panel, you will see the native Microsoft Teams-tailored user interface.
3. If the conference system is in sleep mode, it will be automatically woken up by the built-in Human Motion Sensor on the MTouch II touch panel.
4. On the MTouch II touch panel, you will see a one-touch meeting join button. Simply tap on the button to join the scheduled Teams or Skype for Business meeting.
5. The system will connect to the meeting and you will be able to participate in the audio and video conference.
