To set the time on the midocean MO9695 Clocks and Calculators, follow these steps:
1. Enter the TIME SETTING mode by pressing the "SET" button.
2. Use the "UP" or "DOWN" arrow buttons to adjust the hour, minute, year, month, and date values. The day of the week is set automatically.
3. Press the "MODE" button to exit the time setting mode and return to the time display.
