To clean the Steba KB M42 Grill Back Oven, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged and cooled down before cleaning.
2. Never immerse the unit in water.
3. Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the housing and interior of the oven. Do not use abrasives, oven spray, or solvents.
4. Clean the glass door with glass cleaner and dry it.
5. The crumb tray and accessories can be cleaned in hot water and then dried. Insert the crumb tray back into the oven.
6. Always push the crumb tray under the lower radiator.
7. Regularly clean the device to avoid bacteria and mold formation.
