To assemble and set up the SPYKER SPYDSS-9G Single Nozzle Drop-In Sprayer, follow these steps:
1. Remove all contents from inside the tank and the box. Report any missing or damaged items to your dealer immediately.
2. Attach the spring mounting clips to the hopper near the vertical centerline using the supplied screws.
3. Clean all debris from the spreader hopper and place the empty tank assembly in the spreader hopper with the battery mounted toward the rear.
4. Attach the spray hose wingnut to the ball valve on top of the tank.
5. Snap the hose into the clips with the nozzle facing forward. Secure with a cable tie.
6. Align the thumb switch with the handle and attach it with a xxxx clamp.
7. Install the pump wiring assembly clips to the thumb switch spades.
8. Connect the battery wiring assembly.
9. Connect the swivel elbow fitting to the pump inlet port.
10. Install the pressure gauge and filter assembly.
11. xxxx in the gauge hand-tight and secure the filter cover.
12. Perform an initial start-up and pressure testing by following the instructions in the manual.
13. Once the unit has been pressure tested and you are familiar with its operation, you can begin the calibration procedure.
