To install the Riland MIG 135E welding machine, follow these steps:
1. Connect the power supply: Ensure that the power supply is connected to the machine. The machine will be in standby mode when the pointer points to "stand-by," and the power indicator will light up when the pointer is adjusted to 1 or more.
2. Start wire inching: Open the side panel of the machine and fix the wire spool to the roller in the direction that it can rotate anticlockwise. Match the driving roller with your wire type and size. Turn the plastic roller holder anticlockwise to remove it. Insert the wire through the plastic tube and into the driving rollers, pushing it until it reaches the machine's output connector. Lock the driving rolls properly. Press the torch switch to start wire inching at a speed of 8 m/min. Release the switch to stop wire inching. Be careful as the welding wire coming out of the current contact tube may cause injury.
3. Set the welding value: Use the adjusting xxxx to set the desired current. The power source is synergic designed, so after the current is configured, the machine will automatically match the feeding speed. Pay attention to the abnormal indicator, which will flash when there is overcurrent and light up when there is overheating.
4. Start welding: The machine is a self-shielded flux-cored welding machine. Connect the earth clamp to the workpiece. Press the torch switch to start welding and release it to stop welding.
