To open the door of the ella TransferXXXL Walk In Tub, stand inside the tub and locate the L-Shape outward swing door handle on the front of the door. Use the handle to pull the door towards you and open it. To close the door, stand inside the tub and ensure that the tub is fully drained. Once the tub is drained, stand inside the tub, close the door, and turn. It is also possible to close the door from a sitting position, but it may be more difficult. It is important not to open the door unless the tub is fully drained. To open the drain, turn the handles clockwise, and to close it, turn them counterclockwise. When filling the tub, make sure not to fill it over the center of the drain handle to avoid spills or leaks.
