To calibrate the pH sensor on the proMinent DCM510 Series Controller, follow these steps:
1. Press the button on the controller.
2. Use the arrow buttons to scroll to "pH sensor E" and press .
3. If prompted, login with your password.
4. Take a water test and enter the results using the buttons on the controller. Enter the results one decimal place at a time, followed by the SAVE key.
5. The LED screen should indicate "Sensor Calibrated". Press NEXT to continue to the next sensor calibration or press ESC twice to return to the Home screen.
Please note that before attempting calibration or commissioning of the DCM510 control system, ensure that the water chemistry is stable and within the normal operating ranges of 7.2-7.8 pH, Free Chlorine at 1-3 ppm, and Total Alkalinity level at 80-120 ppm.
