To adjust the temperature inside the Nexel Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet, you can use the thermostat. Turn the xxxx clockwise to lower the temperature. The standard temperature position is "4". The "0" position will stop operation, and the "max" position will keep the compressor running continuously without cycling. It is recommended to turn the temperature control to the "4" or "5" when the temperature inside the cabinet is stable for ice cream and similar products.
