To adjust the head support height on the Joie Elevate Car Seat, please follow these steps:
1. Squeeze the head support adjustment lever located on the back of the seat.
2. While squeezing the lever, pull up or push down the head support until it snaps into one of the 10 available positions.
3. Before adjusting the head support height, have your child lean forward slightly to ensure a proper fit.
It is important to adjust the head support to the proper height according to your child's height to provide optimal comfort and protection during the ride.
