To replace the twist grip throttle on your Razor W15128785043 electric scooter, please follow the instructions below:
1. Start by turning off the power switch and disconnecting the charger to ensure your safety.
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the seven screws located on the side of the battery cover with the power switch.
3. Next, remove the four screws - two at the front and two at the back of the battery cover. Carefully pull the cover out, making sure not to damage any wires.
4. Locate and disconnect the throttle from the controller. This will allow you to remove the old throttle and install the new one.
5. Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, loosen the set xxxx from the throttle and move the throttle away from the grip.
6. To remove the grip, insert the blade of a flat screwdriver between the grip and the handlebar. Add a few drops of lubricant or soapy water to make it easier to remove. Carefully slide off the grip and throttle.
7. Now, you can install the new twist grip throttle. Slide it onto the handlebar and align it properly.
8. Tighten the set xxxx on the throttle using the 3 mm Allen wrench to secure it in place.
9. Reconnect the throttle to the controller.
10. Reverse the steps to reassemble the battery cover. Start by carefully placing the cover back in position, making sure the wires are not pinched or damaged. Then, insert and tighten the screws.
11. Finally, charge the battery for 12 hours before using the scooter.
