To choose the right disc for shredding and grating with the ASSURE 190M12HGRATR Food Processor, you need to consider the size and type of the desired result. The disc selection guide provided in the user manual lists the available options along with their sizes in inches and millimeters.
For shredding and grating, you can use the Fine Grating Disc (190M12HGRATR) which comes in different sizes:
- 3/32" (2mm)
- 3/16" (5mm)
- 1/4" (6mm)
- 5/16" (8mm)
- 1/2" (12mm)
Choose the disc size based on the desired thickness of the shredded or grated fruits, cheeses, or vegetables. The smaller the size, the finer the result will be.
It's important to note that the ASSURE 190M12HGRATR Food Processor is compatible with the following models: 190M12HSHRDR, 190M12HSLICR, 190M12HSHSL, 190M22HSHRDR, 190M22HSLICR, and 190M22HSHSL.
