To change the temperature units on the SAKI B07GVRY2LK Wifi Sous Vide Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the Start/Stop button for about 3 seconds.
2. The temperature units will toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
3. Release the button when the desired temperature unit is displayed.
