Cleaning the ProDIGy PLUS C0530 500lb Cube Ice Machine is a simple process. Here are the steps to clean the machine:
1. Turn off the ice machine and unplug it from the power source.
2. Remove the front panel by gently pulling it towards you. This will give you access to the key components.
3. Locate the one-touch cleaning button on the control board.
4. Press and hold the cleaning button for 3 seconds until the cleaning cycle begins.
5. The machine will automatically run a cleaning cycle, which includes a water purge and sanitizing solution circulation.
6. During the cleaning cycle, the AutoAlert™ indicator lights will flash to indicate the progress.
7. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the machine will automatically restart and begin producing ice again.
8. Replace the front panel and ensure it is securely in place.
It is recommended to clean the ProDIGy PLUS C0530 500lb Cube Ice Machine every 6 months or as needed, depending on usage. For more detailed instructions and safety precautions, please refer to the owner's manual provided with the machine.
