To install the NEXEL 243213 Refrigerated Cake Display Case, please follow these steps:
1. Unpack the unit: Carefully uncrate the unit and remove any cardboard from the exterior and door opening surround, making sure not to cause any damage.
2. Install the unit on a strong and leveled surface: Make sure the surface is flat to prevent unpleasant noises and malfunctions. If the floor is not flat, use something to ensure the base of the unit is level.
3. Choose an indoor, well-ventilated area: The unit performs more efficiently in a well-ventilated area. Maintain a clearance of 100mm (4 inches) on the back of the unit and 50mm (2 inches) on the top. Avoid high-humidity and dusty areas as they can cause rust and decrease efficiency.
4. Avoid heat and moisture-generating equipment: Select a location away from equipment that generates heat and moisture, as high ambient temperature can overwork the compressor and lead to higher energy bills and unit breakdown.
5. Avoid exposure to rain and sun: The appliance should not be exposed to rain or direct sunlight.
6. Avoid chloride or acid-containing environments: Do not locate the cabinet in an environment containing chloride or acid, such as a swimming bath, as it can cause corrosion.
7. Install shelving: Remove both sliding rear doors, install the left and right shelf brackets into the stainless pilasters, hang the front and rear shelf support panels, and position the glass shelves. Refit the sliding doors by lifting each door up into the top track and placing it onto the bottom track.
8. Lock the castors: After positioning the cabinet, lock the castors (wheels) to prevent the cabinet from moving. Adjust the feet to touch the floor and lock the castors.
