To determine the correct xxxx length for your TV, you need to hand tighten the screws and check the flat panel thread depth. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Start by selecting the proper xxxx length by hand tightening it to check the thread depth on your flat panel TV.
2. When attaching the brackets to the flat screen, be careful not to over tighten the screws and ensure that the screws do not bottom out in the mounting holes.
3. If your TV has a flat back and you want it closer to the wall, use the shorter screws (A).
4. If your TV has a round/irregular back or inset mounting holes, or if you need extra space for cables, use the spacers and longer screws (B).
5. First, make sure the diameter of the bolt (A-F) fits your TV. Then, refer to the diagram provided in the manual.
6. Thread the bolt into the TV using the correct washer (G) and spacer (H or I if necessary) with a screwdriver (not included).
7. Ensure that the monitor brackets (04) are vertically centered and level with each other.
