To assemble the suspenz 22-9944 Double Up Sup Beach Cart, follow these steps:

Step 1: Assemble Wheel Base
- Identify the Male End Wheel Base and the Female End Wheel Base.
- Push the base ends together and secure with the provided D-Ring. Use the palm of your hand to lock the D-Ring into place.

Step 2: Assemble Loop Frame to Wheel Base
- Position the Loop Frame with the "Cart" sticker facing outward.
- Place the assembled Wheel Base in an upright position.
- Insert the Loop Frame into the posts of the Wheel Base.
- Secure the Loop Frame to the Wheel Base using the provided D-Rings. Use the palm of your hand to lock the D-Ring into place.
- If needed, gently tap upwards on the Loop Frame to align the holes.
- Repeat the process for the second Loop Frame.

Step 3: Assemble Top Frame
- Loosely set the Top Frame on the Loop Frame.
- Push in the Push Pins on both sides of the frame and snap the Top Frame into place.

Step 4: Inflate Wheels
- Use the provided Manual Air Pump to inflate the Balloon wheels.
- Inflate the wheels until they have a diameter of 12" to 13". The wheels will feel soft, which is ideal for sand.
- If the wheels are "plowing sand" instead of riding over it, inflate the wheels an additional 3 to 5 pumps.

To Secure SUPs
- Loop the Strap around the frame and the top of the SUPs.
- Thread the end of the Strap through the buckle to secure the SUPs.
