To inflate the MOB MO6339 Small Pilates Ball with Pump, follow these steps:
1. xxxx the needle onto the pump.
2. Insert the needle into the hole of the ball to inflate.
3. Inflate the ball until it appears to be in a full state.
4. Once the ball is fully inflated, pull out the needle.
Please note that the pump and needle are included with the product.
