To assemble the SPYKER P20-5010 Push Spreader, please follow these steps:
1. Remove two M6 locknuts and M6 x 45mm long bolts to remove the pivot and bracket assembly from the wheel frame tubes.
2. Insert the arm assembly between the frame tubes.
3. Re-install the pivot and bracket assembly through the wheel frame tubes and arm assembly using the two M6 x 45 mm bolts and M6 locknuts removed in Step 1.
4. Rotate the control rod and insert it into the adjustment handle. Remove one nut from the end of the control rod. Insert the control rod into the pivot and bracket assembly.
5. Install the second nut finger tight only. Ensure the rate gate opens and closes fully. If it does, hold the upper control rod nut with a wrench and tighten the bottom nut only.
6. Tighten nuts and bolts on both sides of the spreader at the locations shown in the manual.
