To wire the SEM210 to your panel, follow these steps:
1. Connect panel terminal 4 (GND) to SEM GND.
2. Connect panel terminal 6 (GREEN: DATA IN FROM KEYPAD) to SEM GREEN (OUT).
3. Connect panel terminal 7 (YELLOW: KEYPAD DATA OUT) to SEM YELLOW (IN).
4. Use the included red cable with the two-prong battery connector to connect the battery to both the SEM and the panel.
5. If you are using the SEM for ETL installations, an alternate wiring method may be required. Please refer to the manual for more information.
6. If you want to utilize Dual-Path communication, connect an Ethernet cable to the optional Ethernet dongle. Note that local network changes may be required before the broadband path activates.
7. Before completing the mounting, ensure that the wiring connections are secure and that all internal components are in their proper location.
8. Close the enclosure by sliding the cover into the mounting points at the top of the enclosure base and then swinging down the cover to snap the thumb tabs into place.
