To install the batteries in the SOMOGYI ELECTRONIC RPC 3 Pocket Radio, follow these steps:
1. Open the battery compartment located on the back of the radio.
2. Insert 2 AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries into the compartment, making sure to observe the correct polarity as indicated.
3. Close the battery compartment securely.
Note: It is important to use the correct type of batteries and not mix different kinds of batteries or used and new batteries together. Battery replacement should only be performed by an adult. If the batteries are depleted and causing a decrease in volume or distorted sound, immediately remove them. If any liquid has leaked from the batteries, use a protective glove and clean the battery holder with a dry cloth. It is forbidden to open, burn, short-circuit, or charge batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries must not be charged as there is a risk of explosion. Do not insert accumulators instead of batteries as they have a significantly lower voltage and efficiency.
