To connect the SmartGen BAC2408 Battery Charger to your battery, follow these steps:
1. Connect terminals L and N of the charger to an alternating voltage source (100~240)V using a BVR 1mm2 multi-strand copper line.
2. Connect the B+ terminal of the charger to the positive terminal of your battery using a multi-strand BVR 2.0mm2 copper wire.
3. Connect the B- terminal of the charger to the negative terminal of your battery using a multi-strand BVR 2.0mm2 copper wire.
4. Ensure that the PE terminal (earth terminal) of the charger is connected to the charger's shell internally.
5. Once the connections are made, the POWER indicator on the charger will illuminate, indicating that the charger is operating normally.
6. The CHARGING indicator will illuminate when the charging current exceeds 0.5A and will extinguish when the battery charging is finished.
